1. Who we are
Xalvique Studio is the data controller for account information of its customers. For the contact data you upload, you are the controller and we act as a processor.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company, password (hashed).
- Sign-in data: Google profile name and email if you use Google sign-up.
- Payment proofs and billing records.
- Contact data you add or import and message history.
- Technical data: IP address, device and log data.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, send transactional emails, process payments, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Email and WhatsApp connections
SMTP credentials and Google tokens are stored only to send messages you request. You can disconnect them at any time from your dashboard.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can export or delete your contacts at any time.
6. Security
We use hashed passwords, CSRF protection, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) where available. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
